Terms of Use
Version 1 · effective 13 October 2026
These terms apply to your Ironmelt account and the online services that come with it: the account page, cloud bots, the launcher and online matches. The game is made by Ludwig Markt, Loretzgasse 6e, 39023 Laas (BZ), Italy, ironmeltgame@gmail.com ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. A free playtest
Ironmelt: Fight for GAIA is in early development and free to play. Things will break and change: parts, balance and progress may be changed or reset, and the online services may be unavailable at times. Nothing in the game can be bought with real money; combat power is never for sale.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 14. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens with your account.
- Your player name must not impersonate others or be offensive, hateful or sexual. We may change such names.
- You can delete your account at any time on your account page. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone.
3. Fair play
Do not cheat, use exploits on purpose, attack or overload our servers, try to access other accounts, or harass other players. If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, please report it on Discord instead of using it.
4. Your bots
Bots you build and upload stay yours. You allow us to store them, show them to you, use them in matches you join, and show them to other players in the game (for example as opponents or in a showcase). If you delete a bot or your account, we delete it from our servers.
5. If rules are broken
We may warn you, reset progress gained by cheating, or suspend or delete accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Where possible, we tell you why and you can answer by email.
6. Liability
The playtest is provided free of charge and as it is. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and law
If we change these terms, we tell you in the game or by email before the new version applies; if you do not agree, you can delete your account. Italian law applies, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live.
